Simple. Powerful. Reliable.

Having the correct backup solution for your business protects you against the loss of data, whilst the correct restore process can enable your business continue to run in the event of total loss, such as a fire. A backup can also be used to leverage your data, allowing you to run resource intensive tasks, all without impacting your production environment.

What is backup and disaster recovery?

A backup, or backup process, is the action of copying or archiving computer data so that it can be used to restore the original data in the event of data loss. Data loss can occur from accidental loss, database corruption, natural disaster or ransomware, to name just a few causes.

When needed these data copies are then restored to either the original or an alternate location where they can be used in place of the lost or damaged data.

Which provider do you use for backups?

We have partnered with Veeam®, a centralised data protection platform for physical, virtual and multicloud workloads. Veeam® can backup all of your data, whether it is stored physically, virtually or on a cloud based subscription (such as Office365).

How secure are your backup solutions?

Veeam® delivers built-in end-to-end AES 256-bit encryption, giving you the ability to encrypt backup files and data at source (during backup), in flight and at rest.

How will I know if there is a problem with my backup?

All of our backup solutions integrate into our remote monitoring platform which means we can inform you immediately if a problem arises.

Why do I need a backup?

Having the correct backup solution for your business protects you against the loss of data, whilst the correct restore process can enable your business continue to run in the event of total loss, such as a fire. A backup can also be used to leverage your data, allowing you to run resource intensive tasks, all without impacting your production environment.

What does an on-premise backup solution give me?

An on-premise backup allows you to run backups multiple times per day without impacting on internet bandwidth. It also allows for quicker restore times for situations such as lost files.

What does a cloud backup solution give me?

A cloud backup provides a disaster recovery solution which allows for full restoration in the event of total loss, for example if the unfortunate event of a fire occurs.

What does a hybrid backup solution give me?

Having a hybrid backup solution gives you the benefits of both on premise and cloud. Providing you with peace of mind that whatever the situation, your data is protected and easily restored.
